It is a very high strength, medium-high viscosity anaerobic clamping product used for joining cylindrical mechanical parts.

– It is used for bonding and fixing shafts, gears, pulleys, and other metal cylindrical mechanical parts.
Features
- Can be used on all types of hard surfaces.
- It is used to strengthen metallic joints.
- Locks wedges with shaft protrusion. Removes backlash in worn connections.
Application
- Before joining the male and female parts, clean them with an absorbent cloth or wipe to thoroughly remove the cutting oil.
- Apply the adhesive to the surfaces.
- Wipe off excess product with an absorbent cloth or wipe.
- Assemble the parts and leave them at 22-24°C for 24 hours to ensure complete curing.
- To disassemble, use hand tools to separate the joined parts.
- If disassembly at room temperature is not possible, apply localized heating until 250°C is reached and disassemble while hot. Then mechanically remove any remaining cured adhesive and clean the parts with a suitable solvent, e.g. acetone.
