Features and Applications

Can be used on all bolt and nut sizes.
It has a special formulation that does not drip and flow after bonding.
It is resistant to leaks, corrosion, many chemicals, fuel oil, oils and gases.

Application

Before joining the male and female parts, clean with an absorbent cloth or wipe to thoroughly remove the cutting oil.

Apply the adhesive 360 degrees to the first 3 teeth of the male and female parts.

Wipe off excess product in the direction of the teeth with an absorbent cloth or wipe.
Assemble the parts and leave at 22-24°C for 24 hours to ensure complete curing.
To disassemble, use hand tools to separate the assembled parts.
If disassembly at room temperature is not possible, apply localized heating to reach 150°C and disassemble while hot. Then mechanically remove any remaining cured adhesive and clean the parts with a suitable solvent, e.g. acetone.
